Who owns Coinermance, and how it is paid

Who owns Coinermance? Quantum Software Technologies Ltd, an English company that trades under the Coinermance name. The rest of this page lets you check that, and every other claim we make, without taking our word for it.

Mission and method

We set out to make automated trading understandable to a first-time user. To do that, we put the unexciting facts first: what it costs, where your money is kept, how it can be lost and how to get out.

You will find no founder story and no portraits here. This site names no individuals, and we would name someone only with their agreement.

Our test for every sentence here is simple: could a sceptical reader check it?

What the software actually is

Coinermance is a trading name of Quantum Software Technologies Ltd, and the software does not use quantum computing. It does two plain jobs.

  • Measures order-book depth. Classical statistics show where buy and sell orders pile up across price levels, in forex, indices, commodity CFDs and, where legal, crypto CFDs.
  • Applies your rules. You choose the markets, how much of the account each position uses (1% to 5%), and the stop-loss and take-profit levels. Orders are placed only inside them.

It makes no forecast of prices, and nothing on this site promises a result. You stay in charge throughout: the limits are yours, and Halt is always one click away.

Halt execution Stops new orders in one click.
Halt is always within reach. It stops new orders; positions already open stay with your broker.

Who owns Coinermance

The Coinermance company record is public, and the Coinermance Companies House entry is the place to check the name, the number and the registered office. We would rather you looked than took our word for it.

Where your money sits

A deposit would go to the executing broker that holds the licence for your country. That broker keeps the money in a client account and carries out and settles your trades. No broker is listed yet. When registration opens, the Registration page will name the broker, its regulator and its licence number, and link to the public register, before any of your details are passed on.

Who holds what. The broker holds client money and executes trades. Coinermance is the dashed box: software, and no money.

How Coinermance makes money

Two things bring in money: Coinermance sells software, and it works as a marketing affiliate. Brokers pay us rebates and referral fees for clients we send them. The software costs you £0 and your spread stays as it was.

The catch is a conflict of interest, and we would rather name it. We earn when someone opens a live account, so we gain if you register. That is why costs and risks sit above our forms, and why each page opens with an advertising disclosure. The review here is our own work, not an independent one.

Where the money goes, and where our income comes from.

What we do not do

  • No celebrity, news presenter or actor appears in any promotion of ours. If you see one, it is fake.
  • We show no screenshots of profit, no earnings projections and no testimonials.
  • We run no countdown clocks, no scarcity claims and no live-trade tickers.
  • We never ask you to send money to a personal account.

How we think about trust

A claim earns its place here only if you can test it. Where a registry, a number or a date can back a statement, we link to it. Where nothing can, the statement does not appear.

Dates matter too: where a figure has a retrieval date, we show it. Found something you cannot test? Tell us, and we will back it up or remove it.

When something goes wrong

Complaints go to [email protected] and are acknowledged within 48 business hours. Please include the name and email you gave us, so that we can find your record. Everything else goes to [email protected]. The Contact page lists our hours, and the platform review shows how we hold ourselves to account.
